Vacuum Heat Treatment

Vacuum hardening furnace is considered as one of the most modern and high efficiency furnace. It is suitable for heat treating of part and tools which are made of tool steels. Our vacuum furnaces are from ALD (Germany) all computerized, with marquenching and convective heating system. The parts which were frequently heat treated in the vacuum furnaces are: cold forming dies, piercing dies rollers (made of D2, 1.2379, SKD11, XW41, DC53, K110 etc.); Hot extrusion dies, die casting dies, roller (made of H13, 8407, SKD 61, 1.2344 etc.) Cutting tools, milling cutter, drills and taps etc. (made of high speed steels, M2, 1.3343, 1.3247, S600, SKH51, YXM1, ASP23 etc.).
